We are pleased to offer you a position as a Consultant with Eagle Business Solutions, Inc., starting on or about February 1, 2008. You will be compensated at an hourly rate of $65.00 for the hours you actually work, payable on our regular semi-monthly paydays which ordinarily will be on the 8th and 23rd of each month. You will not be paid for time or hours you do not actually work, such as holidays, sick days, vacation days, time between assignments, etc. Your regularly scheduled workweek will be eight hours each day, five days per week. However, this schedule is subject to modification at the discretion of Eagle Business Solutions. Your employment with Eagle Business Solutions will be at-will and may be terminated either by you or by Eagle Business Solutions at any time with or without cause.

 Performance and Salary Review Policies and ProceduresEagle's policy is to conduct an initial 6 month performance review for all new employees. Input from the client, the employee, and Eagle peers is used to prepare a formal, written evaluation. The evaluation is reviewed with the employee by their immediate Eagle Manager, who may be either an Account Manager or a Technical Director. For senior staff members, the presentation is normally performed by office management.

 RECRUITER COMPENSATION AGREEMENT Effective January 1, 2008 your annual salary will be $XX,XXX. In addition to your annual salary, you will be paid bonuses for new hires. Bonus amounts will be calculated on a monthly basis for three (3) separate categories of hires: 1. Salaried employee; an Eagle W-2 employee who receives an annual salary and is eligible for benefits. 2. Hourly employee; an Eagle W-2 employee who receives an hourly pay rate for only the hours worked. 3. Permanent placement; A client pays Eagle Business Solutions a placement fee for the identification and placement of a full time permanent employee. This provision does not apply to employees that are hired by a client on a right-to-hire permanent basis.
